Corporate Responsiblity

Supporting Enterprises actively participates in corporate, social and environmental activities aimed to support our people and the Philippine community in large.

• Disaster Relief

  In a country where so many have been affected by natural disasters, Supporting Enterprises aims to provide relief assistance wherever it can. In the past, we have delivered relief packs which consisted of the basic necessities of food, clothing and medical supplies to rural communities affected by recent calamities such as Typhoon Yolanda in November 2013.

• Giving and Assistance Program

  In association with not-for-profit organisations, Supporting Enterprises has, and will continue to, support local charity. In a recent example in September 2014, employee volunteers spent the day at Missionaries of Charity Gasa sa Gugma (Gift of Love) Home for the Dying Destitute. It was an enjoyable and heart-warming day filled with laughter, games, songs, prayers, gift giving and nourishment for all.

• Educational Tour

  Every year we provide students, from university's and college's all over the Philippines, the opportunity to visit our office and learn more about outsourcing and the Information Technology Industry. Presentations are conducted where students are advised the types of careers that are available, what to expect when they enter the work force and are encouraged to become responsible and professional citizens.

• On the Job Training / Internship

  Every year we intake several students to participate in an internship program with us. Students are treated as employees with the added benefit of on the job training and guidance from a mentor. Some students have ended up as employees and remain to this day.

• Internal / External Training

  We believe that education is the foundation for career success and take pride in cultivating our staff through internal and external training programs. We have provided supportive training services in Information Technology, Personal Development, Financial Management, Property, Stocks and Insurance.

• Health and Wellbeing

  The health and wellbeing of our employees is important to us and we aim to provide a supportive and safe environment for them to work in. Our office has an onsite nurse who is qualified to deal with basic ailments and discuss problems confidentially with staff. For regular employees we also provide private health insurance.

• Social Activities

  We aspire to foster a great community by being involved with social activities in and outside of working time. Supporting Enterprises participates in many communities and team building activities including the interBPO basketball tournaments, social hiking, rock climbing, fun runs, trips to the beach, whale watching and other outdoor activities
